Position Summary
Due to growth, an exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR APAC team reporting to the Senior TA Specialist based in Sydney.
As a TA Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support for all recruitment and onboarding related activities within the HR department, acting as a key point of contact for candidates and new hires across the APAC region. Your day-to-day will involve sourcing for candidates, writing job descriptions, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, drafting offer letters and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires while being an expert in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
To be successful in this role, you will be an excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail. You are proactive and organised in your approach, focusing on solutions and staying one step ahead while upholding a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
These include the following. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management in the context of the role:
Crafting and updating job descriptions and posting on our relevant job portals and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Workday, SEEK, Facebook etc.)
Assisting with building candidate pipelines by sourcing for candidates on job boards, sorting through inbound applications and responding to candidate queries
Scheduling candidate interviews for virtual and in-person settings
Conducting reference checks and gathering necessary pre-hire documentation
Ensuring recruitment compliance documents are completed
Coordinating onboarding pre and post hire tasks for APAC new hires including new hire swag bags, scheduling trainings, following up on employee documentation
Ensuring effective, timely and accurate communication to relevant internal and external stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
Preparing reports on new hire metrics
Participating in ad-hoc projects as required including but not limited to: onboarding, internship programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives and more.
Requirements
At least 1 year of administrator/coordinator experience ideally in the field of HR, recruitment agency or internal fast-paced environment
Have experience working in a multinational setting is highly regarded but not necessary
Recruiting knowledge is preferred but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively prioritising tasks to meet a range of tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Solid decision-making abilities
Willing to work APAC shift
