Manulife is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is genuinely excited and passionate in recruiting. Minimum Skills to Hire: College Graduate Preferably agraduate of Human Development Management/Psychology/Behavioral Science or equivalent course Excellent spoken and written (Email correspondence)communication skills Good people skills Professional demeanor Good computer and internet navigation skills with excellent knowledge of various applications such as Microsoft Suite, etc. Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple applications at the same time. Amenability to work in UP Ayala land Techno Hub, Quezon City Amenability to work both from home or onsite depending on the business need Amenability to shifting schedules, holiday and weekend operations Amenability with a project based employment status Nice to Haves: Preferably with at least 1 year of professional recruiting experience in a BPO/Shared Services environment Preferably with knowledge and experience in running Taleo, Workday or other ATS Exposure to Shared Services or Financial Services environment/industry Trends and Analytics reporting for candidates with experience On the job you will: Ensure that the staffing requirements are met and the highest quality of applicants is maintained for administrative, professional, and management personnel Work with the Recruiters various Hiring Managers/Business Units for both local and global for their hiring needs (project scoping, hiring needs assessment) Maintain appropriate, timely tracking of candidates as they move through the recruiting process and ensure these movements are reflected in Workday in a timely manner. Candidate dispositioning in Workday and in providing feedback to candidates. Conduct interviews to candidates across different functions and level as needed Schedule and administer/proctor tests and manage assessment results Discuss Job Offer and Company profile to identified candidates Work with Manager on process improvement and process excellence projects. Workday requisition and candidate sanitation, adhering to end-to-end Workday recruiting standards Generate recruitment related reports and analysis. Build sustainable relationships and trust with candidates, Hiring Managers and other people involved in hiring through open and interactive communication Work closely with them to drive innovative solutions to meet business needs.
