You will be joining innovative team of Talent Acquisition professionals, collaborating with senior leaders and business partners, driving growth and revenue for our Business Units. Join us, share your passion for recruiting and let's power up the talent engine together! This role must be located in Chattanooga, TN. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Coordinate and schedule recruiting events across various campuses, including event payment. . Maintain and update our internal events tracking database with all relevant event and attendee information. . Post jobs through our applicant tracking system as well as at schools and other job boards as necessary. . Coordinate the in-house interview process and travel associated with each event. . Support recruiting function with parts of the onsite interview process that includes: scheduling interviews, organize travel arrangements for candidates, reserve conference rooms, schedule catering for the interview day, send out candidate communication, and communicate interview event details to the interview teams. . Review and submit candidate travel expenses. . Create offer letters. . Create and distribute employment-related correspondence i.e., forms, initiate background investigations, and new hire tasks. . Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in our applicant tracking system and candidate tracker. . Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect. Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times. . Reconcile the purchasing credit card each month. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: .3 years' administrative experience . .HR or Recruiting experience preferred .Excellent written and verbal communication. .Good experience using Microsoft Word, Excel. .Detail oriented. .The ability to organize several task and work with multiple stakeholders at the same time. .The ability to work in a professional environment, communicating with candidates and hiring managers face to face. .Experience in an HR or Recruiting environment preferred .Knowledge of Social Media platforms. .Knowledge of Microsoft teams preferred .Experience with Microsoft Outlook a must .Bachelor's degree Skills: Detail-oriented Human Resources What you can expect from us: Insights you can act on While technology is at the heart of our clients' digital transformation, we understand that people are at the heart of business success.
