PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and acquiring talents across business groups at Eaton. Manage end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to sourcing strategy and tools, vender management (when needed), pre-screen, reporting, interview, stakeholder management, candidate engagement and offering.
Identify, attract, and present candidates utilizing a variety of sources including job board postings and search, direct sourcing, referrals, job fairs, research, print media, social networking and agencies.
Work with internal clients to define hiring needs, develop and implement cost effective, results oriented recruitment strategies.
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, alumni groups, business associations to foster an ongoing pipeline of highly qualified candidates as well as to provide talent market intelligence.
Drive end-to-end hiring process as the focal point and build the strong partnership with internal stakeholders.
Ensure the data accuracy and process compliance throughout the hiring process via applicant tracking system (Taleo) and CRM database.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above
Fluent English in both written and speaking
Position Criteria
A min. of 3 years of recruiting experience in MNC, or a search firm serving MNCs
Experience in conducting searches using a variety of channels including direct sourcing, social networking, internet tools, search firms and another creative search approaches
Clear proven history demonstrating ability to establish a consultative rapport with hiring partners. Strong customer service skills required.
