We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Previous working experience in Recruitment preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for at least 3 years.
In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods.
Excellent understanding of
. * Candidates with outgoing personality.
Strong communication skills (phone and email) and proactive personality can be an alternative.
Preferably with hands on experience on any
. * Experience in virtual recruitment is an added advantage.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Can work under minimal supervision.
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
A positive, "can do" attitude.
Tech savvy.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Source profiles to fill in open positions including resume-screening, cold calling, virtual interview, email broadcasting.
Plan and implement company
strategy. * Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs.
Counsel the candidates on different opportunities under GECO, and able to persuade them to consider job offers.
Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
Generate monthly /quarterly updates for company's leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.
Communicate regularly with the Talent Acquisition Team to get a clear view of the open demands from the clients.
Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
