In this role: As a TA Business Partner, you will be responsible for recruiting experienced technical talents to our key roles. You will work closely with our hiring managers by consulting and supporting them throughout the recruitment process from job advertisements to screening and sourcing candidates. You will use your expertise to identify and attract the top IT talents for different business and industry needs. You will also work on a strategic level, helping to identify in-demand talent profiles and strategies on how to fill the hiring targets. Together with our marketing team you will develop and implement different employer branding activities. You will be a part of our recruitment team in Poland, and also get to share best practices with colleagues from four other CGI countries in Finland and in the Baltics. This is a permanent and a full-time position. We have offices both in Warszawa and Wroclaw. We are working in a flexible hybrid model. To be successful in the role: You may be a senior recruiter with several years of experience or a bit earlier in your career and have a strong motivation to grow and develop yourself in the field of IT recruitment. Alternatively, you might have a more technical background and desire to switch to the recruitment side. The role can also be modified based on your preferences and professional interests. We expect a suitable candidate to have: . At least 1-2 years of previous experience from recruiting and employer branding . Experience from the IT industry and strong understanding of technical recruiting . Experience from different sourcing tools, preferably LinkedIn Recruiter . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in Polish and in English . Previous experience from line manager support and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization . Proactive and independent working style .
