Responsibilities
Recruitment
Generating applications from specific sourcing channels (print ads, target universities, events, internet, referral program, alumni employee referral, in-house search, proactive sourcing) based on the Recruitment targets, budget and marketing strategies
Conduct interviews, phone screening, inviting qualified candidates and schedule the interview, reminding candidates of their scheduled application process, test administration and any other recruitment-related tasks assigned
Profile matching candidates to open positions using various sourcing and recruitment techniques
Administrative
Maintaining sourcing reports and weekly recruitment updates to give status reports on ongoing recruitment activities
Collect, track and follow up new hires' pre-employment requirements during the initial stages of the onboarding process until the first five days after hire date (as assigned)
Coordinate and endorse all relevant new hire documents and pre-employment requirements to HR for 201 filing (as assigned)
Conduct thorough collection of reference data from the candidates' references in compliance with the set Data Privacy (as assigned)
Complete Character Reference Check for new hires on a weekly basis
Accomplish responsibilities, reports and updates based on the Responsibility Matrix
Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities at the behest of the Talent Acquisition Manager and/or Director of Business Operations
Adhere to Management strategies in assisting with related tasks as delegated in urgent situations
Requirements
Graduate of any College or Bachelor's Degree (Psychology and Human Resource Management fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
At least 1-year working experience in the related field is preferred for this position
Experience in BPO-Volume Hiring recruitment is an advantage but not required
Preferably an outgoing person who loves to meet and talk to people
Develop and implement innovative research and sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of potential candidates
Conduct in-depth market research to gain thorough understanding of the marketplace for customs broker and/or data entry specialist and other candidates
Manage relationship with potential candidates and be a brand ambassador
Ability to manage multiple tasks and oversee projects simultaneously
Keen attention to details and well-organized
Well versed in volume recruitment and back end processes
Amenable to report onsite by 2022 (Ortigas)
