Description
Qualifications include: At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Psychology/Behavioral Science/HRDM or any related field, Must have at least 2-3 years of work experience in Human Resource specially in Recruitment facet, With good verbal and non-verbal communication, Psychometrician license is an advantage, Experience in acting as a strategic business partner is a big plus, Can work under pressure and extended hours. Responsibilities will be: handling end-to-end recruitment, Coordinate with other departments for the manpower request, Provide feedback and updates regarding the current stages of applicants, Ensure the safekeeping and organization of HR files and monitoring, Assist the HR Department with projects assigned, Provide ideas for process improvements and integration of learnings provided by the company to ensure continuous development in the organization, Collaborate projects within the Division in order to achieve the Division goals.
