What you will do
Ensure adherence of projects to ATCB Quality Change Management.
The Engineer will handle a mix of Change Level A, B and C Projects.
The Engineer is responsible for being the liaison between Nexperia's Business Group (BG) in Manchester or Hamburg and Nexperia Cabuyao Plant (ATCB) Change Review Board, Management Team, QA, and Operations. He / she will report to ATCB's T&O Manager.
Prioritize qualification of alternative BOM and identify opportunities for cost savings. Consolidate and monitor activities related to DFPC reduction.
The Engineer will be responsible to complete or ensure completeness of the required deliverables on the QCM Phases such as Team Composition, DFM, Phase Release Checklist, CNP, MRAT, Qualification Report, Safe launch, etc.
Plan resource and logistic needed for the project.
Provide product cost analysis related to improvements in processing time and new materials.
Performs characterization of processes, materials, product and their interactions for released projects
Deploy process and product changes in the production line
Perform Safe Launch Tracking.
What you will need
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
With at least 1-year experience in project management in related semiconductor assembly. Knowledge in Qualification of Leadframes, mold compound, solder materials and new Suppliers are preferred.
Computer literate (MS Office, SAS JMP or Minitab) and knowledgeable in SPC, DOE, FMEA, DFM
With Basic Knowledge in Project Management Fundamentals.
