As Talent & Culture Consultants, we are much more than traditional recruiters, or talent acquisition you play a critical role in filling the vacancies of today, with the talent that is needed for our future. These are new positions, and while we know a lot about the work, we don't know it all. So if you are someone who has the desire to improve the value-add of recruitment, and seeking to raise the bar wherever it can be raised then keep reading.
We have positions in our teams (known as agile squads) focusing on different types of recruitment; one is the niche squads specifically focused on building out our engineering and data critical capabilities, another is a specialized team that focuses on our graduate and executive level vacancies. Both teams don't focus just on filling open positions, but take a long-term strategic view
Our focus is changing and improving the way we source for candidates and creating better connectivity between recruitment and the business, through innovative and proactive practices. We work to agile ways, so there will be opportunity to participate in daily stand ups, ceremonies, retros etc. within your squad and tribe (don't' worry if these are new terms to you - we'll upskill you in agile).
What will be in your toolkit?
An intense passion and curiosity for candidates and employees, their needs and wants, putting them at the centre of everything you do
Ability to provide consultative support, advise and professional push back where required
A continuous and pragmatic problem solver that can act collaboratively to work through the issues within and across teams
You'll be building relationships with top talent, collecting relevant data and keeping in touch with candidates until the right opportunities come along
