YOUR ROLE
To ensure the required functionalities of the operational air logistics software in the Global Services are setup optimally for smooth and efficient operations. To provide the Global Services team with up-to-date operational system knowledge and methodology, to ensure system support can be given to all users in the Global Services. To assist in documenting and producing technical as well as forwarding solutions to be applied.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
To be responsible for the delivery of day to day systems support for operations and management through supporting our air logistics production systems in cooperation with the regional team.
To liaise with the countries' Systems Manager/Specialist (ZA-OS) and Regional Systems Team (RA-OS) in supporting the transfer of and improvement of Air Logistics related tasks.
To oversee and ensure the delivery of user training (system enhancements, air logistics forwarding, optimization and other advanced and dedicated trainings).
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Minimum 2 years operational background in the KNGS, or equivalent Branch Operations
Minimum 1 year Team Leader responsibility in KNGS
Related Degree in IT and Business
Advanced systems knowledge
Ability to read, understand, and apply system informational publications (e.g. Releases and change requests)
Affinity to automation and technical concepts and systems
Ability to investigate system issues and seek resolutions
Good knowledge of English
High degree of organizational and administrative skill
Self-disciplined and motivated
Ability to communicate on a professional level with customer countries
Able to communicate, collaborate and motivate all stakeholders
Ability to focus and optimize processes and quality
Basic knowledge of KN operations
Ability to transfer knowledge to KNGS users
