Key Responsibilities: Compliance Oversight: Ensure the organization's compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and the Code of Ethics of the Institute of Internal Auditor. Audit Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive risk-based audit plan to assess the effectiveness of internal controls. Coordinate internal audit activities, ensuring alignment with both audit objectives and company goals. Systems Improvement: Evaluate and enhance existing systems, procedures, and risk management methodologies for continuous improvement. Oversee the review of management and financial information systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Policy and Procedure Review: Review and assess the implementation of established policies and procedures, recommending improvements where necessary. Communication and Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Board, Management Committee, and President on audit findings and compliance status.
