Degree in Computer Science from a recognize institution or professional certificate in a software
developing language. (Preferably Python)
At least 40 hours relevant training related to systems development
At least one (1) year of work experience as a software developer for both
(a) the design/ development of information systems implemented in client/server architecture using
open source and proprietary software
(b) the design and development of dynamic, database-driven websites and web applications.
Good knowledge of MS SQL stored procedure and function, experience developing an application
with a relational database
Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multi-task requirements, high attention to detail and a
high degree of pro-activity and initiative
Well-developed interpersonal and team working skills, initiative, persistence and positive attitude
Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact
professionally with a diverse group of staffs
