Job Description Responsible for the tech activities from high level solution, solution design, to development, to connectivity, up to deployment and stabilization. Roles and Responsibilities Drive the end to end solutioning and assessment of requirements during project implementation phases and activities. Understand, interpret and refine requirements: participate in the discovery and documentation of the customer's business scenarios that are driving the solution. Manage the system architecture: continuously monitor the models and update them as necessary to show changes, additions, and alterations. May act as Solutions Designer of a project and leads the solution strategy of implementation until project cutover Creates and updates solution plan documents, functional specifications and/or technical specifications Must understand technical architecture and logical development Ensures that system configurations and deployments are complete and accurate Works with business users, SMEs, project team and Solution Leads of the applications involved in the project Provides assistance and support to business groups throughout project activities including end user training. Resolves production issues and caters enhancements or change requests. Validates results through testing and investigations SME who provides technical assessment and recommends industry best-practice solutions Complies with Globe's process documents and framework Keeping abreast of the latest developments, updates and offering of the product in his/her area Reports and aligns tasks to his/her supervisor, ES leads and Domain leaders Qualifications At least 5 years of work experience in the field of IT, Support, Systems Analysis or Finance & Accounting applications Experienced with systems integrations, cloud solutions (SaaS), ERP platforms or open source applications (web or mobile development) Must be eager to learn and willing to expand his/her technical knowledge Excellent communication and presentation skills 'Can Do' attitude & challenges the status quo Strong time management capabilities Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks Highly self motivated and performance orientated Customer focused and service-oriented attitude Make Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
