YOUR ROLE
Plan, implement, train and support Sea Logistics Processes in a SSC. Support and maintain all Sea Logistics applications and processes as per corporate and regional guidelines. Report on a regular basis on performance and find ways to improve quality and productivity.Promote and support Automation projects to increase quality and productivity.Manage and support development of large projects in accordance with guidelines/instruction from Corporate / Regional and Local management • Responsible for development and implementation of process and systems within his/her team , and with cross-functionality including overseas KN Office. Responsible for the review and implementation of new policies and procedures within the team. Ensure systems and process knowledge are efficiently shared within team and Sea Logistics department . Able to resolve the complex and multidisciplinary problems with deep analysis skills
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze and evaluate processes to be implemented
Create and review working instructions and Service Level Agreements
Test/ Dry run of new processes
Review of tasks on a continuous basis to gain greater efficiency
Align on operational level with near shoring countries
Standardize tasks and manage exceptions
Create training documentation creation (handouts, trainer notes etc), maintenance of documentation (SOPs, working instructions etc.)
Organize 1st level support for SSC users
Support Systems and Process Manager to conduct Performance Maintenance and Improvement
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Communication, influencing and motivation skills
Knowing and mastering transport operational systems, data analysis and reporting
Strong technical understanding of processes, systems and problem solving
Familiarity with training methods, ability to identify different learning styles
