Job Functions:
• Provides technical support for the NetSuite system and updates for Service Management and
Warehouse Management.
• Defines application problem by conferring with system users, evaluation procedures and processes.
• Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
• Controls solution by establishing specifications, coordinating with software vendor and programmers.
• Validates results by testing programs.
• Ensures operation by training system users.
• Provides reference by writing documentation.
• Examines current systems.
• Implements new systems.
Job Requirements:
• Must be a College Graduate
• With at least 1 year experience in NetSuite.
• Training in NetSuite is an advantage but not required.
