We connect customers, providers, and partners to move, deliver, or remove items with speed, trust, and simplicity.We're scaling fast, and we're looking for a Systems Administrator to help us manage, secure, and optimize the systems that power our teams every day.The RoleAs Systems Administrator, you'll be the backbone of Muvr's internal operations - managing our SaaS stack, automations, and IT infrastructure across the company. You'll collaborate with Central Operations, Engineering, and Product to ensure everything runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently in a fully remote environment.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize tools like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, and AWS
Administer accounts, roles, and permissions across all internal systems
Build and maintain automations and integrations (Zapier, Make, APIs)
Monitor system performance, security, and uptime
Support workflow automation, compliance, and data governance
Lead incident response and disaster recovery planning
Document configurations, workflows, and best practices
Qualifications:
3-5+ years as a Systems Administrator, IT Specialist, or DevOps Associate
Experience managing enterprise SaaS and IAM tools (Okta, SSO, MFA)
Familiar with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and automation platforms
Strong grasp of data governance and security frameworks (GDPR, SOC2, CCPA)
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration skills
