SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
 
We are seeking a dedicated Systems Administrator to ensure the seamless operation and optimization of our company's hardware and software infrastructure. The Systems Administrator will play a role in maintaining network connectivity, safeguarding data integrity, and providing essential technical support to our users. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance the performance of hardware, software, networks, and servers.
Ensure continuous connectivity of workstations to networks, enabling uninterrupted access to business data.
Configure network security settings and integrate peripheral devices like printers and scanners for multiple users.
Oversee secure and efficient management of the company database storage.
Administer, monitor, and optimize network servers, ERP systems, and databases.
Manage the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, and malware protection.
Monitor database efficiency, execute data backups, and uphold system data security and integrity.
Establish and enforce information security measures, conduct access log monitoring, and implement anti-virus protocols.
Provide first-level support for ERP system concerns, promptly addressing security or usability issues.
Offer technical support for users, addressing network, hardware, and software-related concerns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
2 to 3 years of relevant experience as an IT Support staff.
Experience with SAP Business One is advantageous.
Proficient in IT management, ERP implementation, and Microsoft productivity tools.
Skilled in PC troubleshooting and knowledgeable in cyber security protocols.
Sound understanding of data communication and network infrastructure.
Proven expertise in hardware and software installation, support, and maintenance.
Strong planning and time management abilities.
Initiative-driven with decisive problem-solving skills.
Approachable, positive, and eager to provide immediate IT assistance.
