Systems Administrator
What are we looking for:
MultiplyMii is in search of an Systems Administrator to work with our US client, a group of technology experts that makes enterprise-grade technology accessible to businesses, educators, and non-profits across a breadth of industries. They aim to integrate technology into all of your classrooms or into the boardroom, wanting to make your team more agile and productive, or needing to fix recurring technology problems.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in written and verbal form.
This role is 100% work from home.
In this role, you will:
Responsible for ensuring that security measures are maintained for computers or other mobile devices that access the network
You will be supporting on-prem infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, and software as a service web applications.
Document all incidents, problems and changes in IT Service Management system to meet or exceed SLA's
Active Directory user account setup, which includes but not limited to application and maintenance of user's security rights.
Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
Troubleshoot software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
Assist the company and departments in troubleshooting, identifying root cause, providing technical support when needed
About You:
Core qualifications:
3+ years of experience as Systems Administrator
Experience managing applications, devices, policies, servers, and virtual machines using various technologies (Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune, Jamf Pro, Azure Active Directory, Amazon Web Services)
Experience on remote monitoring and management (RMM), and automation platforms (for installing applications, updating systems, designing and building out environments, etc.)
Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Excellent documentation and communication skills
