This role is a remote position in Manilla.
Key Responsibilities
Review and approve sales orders to ensure that the contract is with the correct entity and the values align to the order form. Follow up all required information and documentation within the set SLAs (24 hours) in line with company procedure.
Managing sales order processing function for APAC/EMEA/North America (NA) region and overseeing the accuracy of daily transactions
Make sure licenses are issued in a timely matter and in line with Licensing Policy
Managing the cycle of Accounts Receivables' function for APAC/EMEA/North America (NA) region, overseeing daily invoicing
Upload customer invoices to the customer payment portals such as SAP Ariba
Communicate with customers in different region and respond to enquiries promptly; manage customer contracts and contract renewals; manage customer database in ERP system
Assist Accounts Receivable related projects if required
Manage and maintain customer license database in licensing portal
Attend promptly to support tickets and resolve licensing related issues
Month end duties including journal entries preparation, allocations and BS reconciliations
Assist the annual statutory audit and tax compliance process if required
Maintaining efficient filling systems of invoices
Be aware of the Finance business plan to appropriately align service delivery
Participate in all internal meetings, as required, in order to share and develop strategy and best practice
Contribute to the development of team's business plan in order to maximize productivity and performance
Contribute to the refinement of process, procedures and systems to continuously improve the efficiency of accounting activities
Key requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
Degree in Finance/Accounting; Certified Public Accountant is preferred but not essential
Strong sense of ownership; full accountability for allocated responsibilities
Ability to work with tight deadlines and timeframes and multiple time-zones
