Job Description
Responsible for supporting through identifying, valuating and prioritizing system fixes, improvements and solution innovations, ensuring their timely execution. Responsible for the business and system support of multiple systems.Responsibilities include extensive data analysis, project management, process subject matter expertise to implement solutions, data quality management, business acceptance testing, delivery of training programs, and communication of system fixes and improvement initiatives. The role is a System Analyst and will act as SME for Product Catalogue in MyBSS (EPC-Enterprise Product Catalog and C1-CatalogOne). The task includes validation of solution from the capability being built, delivery of Business Parameter Table (BPT) and provide operations readiness needed for the new capability that will be delivered
1. Participates in solution validation during Impact Assessment sessions being conducted by the vendor.
2. Analyses impact of the new capability build to existing set-up or configuration and current
capabilities and functionalities
3. Analyses impact on operations and provides operational readiness
4. Prepares the BPT (Business Parameter Table) as project requirements and as part of every
enhancement done particularly in the product catalogue.
5. Provides support during testing and provide resolution on any defect that maybe encountered
related to BPT
6. Provides support to any project consultation related to product catalogue
Hiring Requirements
Must be a graduate or Bachelor's degree holder of any IT related course
Must have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience to the role
