Summary of Rule
 
The system integrator is the one who troubleshoots simple computer failures including its network and peripheral devices, like printers, modems and etc. System integrators are also capable of installing and configuring simple software including O.S provided by the client.

Basic PC trouble shooting
Knowledge of MS Outlook and Outlook Express
UTP Cabling and structured cabling
Basic printer troubleshooting
Basic network troubleshooting
