DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage and provide direction for the integration team in support of business
operations.
2. Work diligently to enhance or improve business processes via integration or, as
necessary, minimize the impact of integration on those processes.
3. Ensure that applications meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill enduser requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
4. Plan, execute, and manage the integration of new applications into existing systems
and software throughout the enterprise.
5. Review and analyze existing applications effectiveness and efficiency, and then
develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems.
6. Ensure that any new system integration into business systems meets functional
requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.
7. Collaborate with data analysts, system analysts, and developers in the testing of new software programs and applications.
JOB COMPETENCIES:
1. Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data mapping.
2. Strong knowledge of system and data quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
3. Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
4. Confidence and experience with API protocols and schemas such as SOAP and REST.
5. Technically fluent in programming languages, including Python, PHP, JavaScript, HTML5/6, and CSS3.
6. Experience with database platforms, including SQL, MySQL, and ORM technologies.
7. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
8. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
9. Proven experience in overseeing the integration, development, and implementation of software solutions
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or its equivalent.
2. 3-5 years of direct experience managing applications and/or systems integration
management.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and
management and explain technical issues.
