JOB DESCRIPTION
The System Analyst is responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of
computer applications and systems, Servers and workstations, NAS, SAN and Network devices (switches,
routers, firewall). He/She will install, update and patch hardware and software, participate in research
and development to continuously improve and keep up the technology side of the company. System
Analyst also actively resolve problems and issues with computer and network systems to limit work
disruptions within the company.
1. Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network
servers.
2. Install and upgrade computer components, software and network devices.
3. Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and
resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
4. Provide documentation and technical specifications to management for planning and implementing
new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
5. Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data
protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
6. Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and
related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
7. Responsible for capacity management, storage planning, and network performance
8. Provide regular monitoring and reporting of system performance, utilization, and efficiency.
9. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATION
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or any related technology course.
2. At least 2 -3 years of experience in system administration field, preferably with LAN setup,
Workstation setup.
3.Effective communicators who explain complex terms.
4. Problem solving skills
5. Good time management skills. Able to work within minimum supervision.
6. Good in verbal and written communication skills.
7. Willing to work on-site and beyond production hours.
8. Should have the following skills and knowledge.
Infrastructure Skill
? Windows 10-11, Windows Server 2012 - 2019
? LAN networking setup and troubleshooting.
? Microsoft Office Products
? Windows Hyper V
? Knowledge in HCI and Virtualization Platforms.
? Windows IIS, GPO, AD, DNS, DHCP
Software Development Skills
? Knowledgeable in Visual C# or ASP.net, or other related language
? Knowledgeable PowerShell ISE
? Knowledgeable Excel Macro and advance excel skills and formulas
? Knowledge in SQL Server and TSQL
Industry Standards (Optional)
Knowledge in ITIL
