Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System Administrator to manage and maintain our company's computer systems and networks.
Job Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software
Monitor system performance and security, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or in any related field
Proven experience as a System Administrator, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies
Expertise in Windows and Linux server administration
Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to work onsite in our Cebu City office
