Provides second and third-level support for applicable environment(s). Responsible for analyzing and developing detail change suggestions for issues encountered in product solution testing environments. Act as a development project team member. Ensure that all required environment documentation exists and is updated (configuration item information), published and understood by all users. Develops and maintains knowledge in platform specific scripting techniques. Deploy builds of software into test environments. Act as active stakeholders with respect to requirements for development tools. Request HW & SW resources from ITS. Make consequence analysis of environment requests from development projects. What You Will Need: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent business experience. 2-5 years of technical knowledge/system administration and programming experience (Knowledge on Windows, Linux, WebSphere, and SQLServer Administration) Has good understanding of Enterprise software development lifecycle and fundamental Software test concepts Good comprehension of container technologies like Docker Platform and Kubernetes Experience with log management and monitoring tools such as Sumo Logic, Trend Micro, Logic Monitor, etc. Ability to write automation code in a common scripting language, such as PowerShell, Perl or Python, including experience in AWS SDKs Understanding of fundamental concepts like network security, routing, and load balancing Good grasp of standard protocols like TCP/IP, SSH, RDP, etc What Will Put You Ahead? Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge/experience Infor technologies.
