Minimum Qualification:
- At least 7-10 years of experience with Linux system administration and deployment
- Knowledge of Linux on various distributions, specially RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux)
-Hands-on experience in security systems (firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management)
-Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
TLS knowledge (HTTPS, PKI, encryption, etc.)
- Familiar with automation/orchestration tools such as Ansible and code management tools (GIT, Gitlab)
- Good understanding of IT technologies (programming, cloud architecture, micro-services, automation) and DevOps practices (DevOps, TDD, CI/CD)
IP network troubleshooting (Wireshark)
- Experience with Red Hat security modules like SELinux
- Familiarity with Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) tools
- Experience with vulnerability assessment and management tools
- Experience in conducting penetration testing, interpretation and mitigating vulnerabilities
- Proven ability to identify threats, develop or recommend countermeasures, and perform advanced trend analysis
- Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to IT infrastructure, security tools, and best practices
- Understanding of risk assessment methods and technologies
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) preferred
