Position Description: You will be responsible for administering the financial consolidation and reporting systems, support of corporate department and other finance users during the financial closing, planning and forecasting process. Respond to client-end user support requests via internal ticketing system . Client-end user security access maintenance . Participate in the month end pre-close and close process . Participate in the monthly estimate, forecast and planning submissions . Hyperion HFM, FDM and Reports configuration and maintenance (version 11.2) . Creation and maintenance of different system tools, lists and documentation . Creation of new business rules or scripts within HFM and FDMee . Serve as a point of contact for IT - Finance functional liaison . Support the client in designing, developing, implementing and testing EPM tools / solutions . Develop and maintain monthly reports for internal/external needs . Sync data and application objects in different environment . Support users with Smartview questions . Ad-hoc tasks as requested by clients . Participate in related projects and initiatives Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Suitable applicants must possess the following skills or experience: . A good understand of Finance and IFRS accounting . 4+ years working within an Oracle Hyperion EPM environment . 4+ years of Hyperion configuration experience specifically HFM, FDMee, DRM and business rules . 4+ years of experience working in a technically inclined role within a Finance department . Advanced knowledge of Extended Analytics, taskflows and shared services . Knowledge of Calc manager (desirable) . Excellent knowledge of Excel, VBA macros and Smartview for MS Office. . Knowledge of Access, SQL, BW or PowerBI (desirable) . Working with ticketing system . End user support and documentation . End user training (desirable) . Superior communications and interpersonal skills . Available to work overtime when required (month and year end) .
