Description
Primary Role:
• Will serve as the Point of Contact for IEX WFM tool management and concerns.
• Coordinate with IT Team to resolve technical issues related to IEX environment
• Maintain agent/ops administration updates (adds, deletes, and changes of status).
• Perform other tasks as required
Minimum Qualifications:
• Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Information System, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in IEX Systems Administrations or support is required
• Must have an experience in supporting BPO operations/experience working under BPO industry
• Temporarily work from home and work onsite (combination set up), Night Shift Schedule. Must be amenable to work in either Makati, Pasay or Quezon City
