Proficient icing technique such as vintage piping
Mastery of fondant sculpturing for 3D elements.
Can supervise people and work under minimal supervision
Knowledge in colors, colors mixing and. Color theory.
Proficiency in cakes construction,( stability and Durability of tiered cakes)
Expertise in covering cakes in whipped cream ,butter cream, glazing, and rolled fondant.
Know how to create cakes decorator for plain cake.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
