Description
Job description - Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing
customer service assistance to LM customers in Danish and English/Swedish/Norwegian
language.
Shift Schedule - May be required to work from 8-10 hours a day or a minimum of 40
productive hours in a week. These may be scheduled anytime between either 4 (compressed
schedule) to 5 days a week from Monday to Sunday
Rest Day schedule - Schedules will be determined by the Company as the exigencies
require.
Other benefits - 40K Basic Salary, 45K Non-Taxable Allowance, upon passing probationary
employment (6 months) will be given 12 Service Incentive Leaves (3SL and 9 VL) as well as
enrolled in healthcare insurance.
