Sustainability Reporting and Data Manager (Data Analytics)
JTI is looking to create a sustainability reporting and data center of excellence in the global function/hosted function unit in the Warsaw Global Business Services with high exposure to other corporate functions within the Group. This center of sustainability reporting and data expertise will support JTI meeting increasing sustainability reporting requirements by ensuring the reporting process and data are well managed. Additionally, the reporting and data center will make sure data accuracy and availability for all stakeholders both internal and external.
The Sustainability Reporting and Data Manager (Data Analytics) will be responsible for the availability and accuracy of sustainability data used for internal and external reporting. Sustainability and Reporting and Data Manager - Data Analytics will work closely with the Sustainability Reporting and Data Manager and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless availability of Sustainability data for JTI. The Sustainability Reporting and Data Manager - Data Analytics are reporting to the Corporate Sustainability Strategy and Reporting Director.

What will you do at JTI
Oversee quality and provide environmental, social and management data
Ensure data quality and accuracy by cleaning and consolidating with digital tools
Ensure data compliance with reporting standards (IFRS, ISSB, TCFD, ESRS or others)
Conduct data analysis on specific indicators (quantitative & qualitative) using appropriate tools and statistical software when necessary (excel, SPSS, Power BI, etc.)
Contribute to the development of other information management products, such as data collection templates, maps, dashboards, project briefs, infographics, survey reports, and other monitoring reports, etc. as relevant
Manage reporting campaigns with tools - including global reporting tools and thematic reports such as environmental data, e.g. in UL360 human rights reporting via Resolver, etc.
Manage reporting requests/supply data to requestors (functions/markets e.g. Greenhouse Gas emissions data
Support in the consolidation of global data for social and environmental KPIs and the calculation of the annual environmental footprint inc. historical recalculation.
It will be easier for you to complete the above tasks if:
you are a University graduate
you have 3-5 years of experience in data management, especially non-financial data
you specialize in the analysis of environmental or social data
you know the sustainability reporting processes
you are fluent in English - good communication skills (presentations, writing and speaking)
you have proficient knowledge of MS Office and Excel
you have knowledge of sustainability reporting platforms (e.g. UL 360, Workviva, Onetrust, Metrio or others)
it would be perfect if you knowif you know the SNOW and LOW-CODE no CODE solutions Power Automate / Service Now
