Job Description
Preparing and cleaning ingredients, preparing sushi rolls, cutting fish, shaping and filling sushi, and plating dishes.
Selecting fresh fruits and vegetables to make high-quality dishes (including avocado, mango and carrots)
Expert knife skills to cut and clean each fish in the appropriate manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and in serving areas
Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed
Flexibility to take on various shifts
Ability to work both fast and accurately
Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at the end of the shift
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
With good communication skills (Can speak and understand English)
Sushi making (nigiri, roll), cooking rice, preparing ingredients, keeping cleaning the store, selling sushi to customers, etc.
Has positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
Has knowledge of food safety regulations
With ability to work under pressure
Excellent time-management skills
Exceptional customer service skills
