JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a degree holder; BS Degree in Business, Communications or any related course would be preferred but not required. (Graduates from all course are free to apply)
1-2 years of experience as HelpDesk Support, Customer Service or related (CRM, live chats, tickets and emails)
Must have knowledge and experience in the real estate industry.
Experience with WordPress or Joomla.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible in providing training and helpdesk support to client/customers
Responds to queries via email, live chat and tickets in a prompt manner
Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.
Import data from spreadsheets (primarily CSV files)
Maintain a polite, helpful and professional manner at all times
Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
Respecting client confidentiality at all times.
