Job Summary:
Responsible in conducting parts analysis, testing, and technical processes for the organization
Communicate with production team, engineering team, and suppliers, as well as create detailed reports for comparing materials performance/yields, quality of parts, failure cost, and issuance of material defect report, and supplier's corrective action reports
Investigate product failures and parts problems, testing, and identifying manufacturing issues that include analyzing parts and data, conducting tests, troubleshooting, monitoring performance to ensure quality control and creation of parts limit samples
Conduct supplier's audit together with the quality assurance auditors to align the standards implemented pertaining to drawing, documents, actual process, integrated management system, and other legal documents
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must be graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Must have experience in field of Supplier's Quality Assurance
With related experience in Quality Assurance, Inspection, Audit
Preferably with knowledge in FMEA, 8D, 7QC Tools
With experience in Moulding and Diecasting process is an advantage
