You will be working directly under the Planning and Procurement Manager Job Description We are seeking a highly analytical, professional, and experienced team player with a background in Supply Chain Management, particularly planning and procurement. You will be working directly under the Planning and Procurement Manager where you will keep track of current and incoming inventories, anticipate demand and plan the purchases to ensure service level continuity. You will assist with the end-to-end planning and procurement processes. To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge in supply and demand planning, forecasting policies, and procurement process. Responsibilities: Assist and understand the demand forecast and cycle to anticipate and align with supply plan Ensure cleaned-up supply plan on per SKU level based on demand forecast Assist with the procurement functions to ensure supplier compliance and on time and in full FG deliveries Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations. Analyzing and anticipating market trends for the best time to purchase inventory. Qualifications/Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Management Engineering, Business Management/Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent. Required skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Esp. Excel). At least 2 years (s) of working experience in related fields. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. Understands supply chain management in terms of demand and supply planning and forecasting. Has experience with at least using any product planning templates or forecasting models Good foundation and experience in Purchasing and/or Procurement functions. Understands SLA, contracting, negotiation, alternative supplier process Proficient in Mandarin is a plus.
