Job Responsibilities
Implement Supply Chain and Logistics plans to support the Company's goals and priorities.
Lead, develop, and supervise the performance of a team of supply chain and logistics professionals.
Manage supply chain and logistics staff to KPIs to achieve leadership's business goals.
Manage all aspects and priorities, including incoming requests from internal and external stakeholders, for the company's supply chain and logistics needs.
Manage all aspects of domestic and international inventory procurement across all product lines.
Manage all supplier and vendor relationships and contracts through effective communication and oversight, local and national.
Ensure coordination of transportation and logistics to support operations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable import/export laws and country regulations.
Identify and implement process improvements and workflow optimizations to support the supply chain and logistics teams.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
4+ years of experience in supply chain management, supervising and developing employees
Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics management principles and practices
Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding business goals, leading a broad range of functional teams, and managing people performance
Ability to work well with a variety of people through a Transformational Leadership style
Strong collaborative leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and the ability to make recommendations to leadership based on the Company's needs
