SUPPLY CHAIN SUPERVISOR
JOB SUMMARY
Supervises the flow of resources required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees team and coordinates with procurement, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain.
Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
Respond to escalations of problem areas and propose solutions.
Monitors suppliers and service providers for quality and performance.
Monitors stock levels.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of employees.
Working knowledge of supply chain software systems.
