Get to know the team The Supply Chain Strategy team is a newly consolidated team responsible for the end-to-end supply chain management of the retail business and the supplementary functions to the core businesses of Grab Philippines. The Supply Chain organization rolls up to Country Operations which also handles Driver Operations, Platform Safety, and Platform Operations. If you are looking for an awesome environment with lots of room to grow, then you should get your shit together and join our team! :) Get to know the role We are looking for the Site Strategy and Operations Lead for Supply Chain Management. This function will be leading strategy on site acquisition, processes, operations, and optimization across multiple Grab locations. We believe a successful candidate here has 6 to 8 years of experience in working in supply chain functions with particular focus on site management, process and inventory management, and optimization. In this role, you will be managing across different stakeholders throughout the organization, will be managing budgets, and establishing and optimizing processes. Good communication skills, leadership, entrepreneurial ownership and scaling mindset, process orientedness, and peculiar attention to detail will serve you well.
