SUPPLY CHAIN OFFICER
 
DEPARTMENT: Supply Chain
REPORTS TO: The General Manager
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration and /or any business-related courses
At least wo years Supervisory experience in inventory management, purchasing, distribution process, retail experience an advantage
Knowledge of demand planning and logistics processes
Ability to multitask and can work with minimal supervision
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic to advance reporting tools
JOB SUMMARY:
 
Is responsible for end-to-end distribution and inventory-related activities, ensuring optimal stock availability, efficient order fulfillment and smooth coordination between sales performance through effective demand planning, service level monitoring and disciplined inventory and logistics management.
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demand Planning and Service Level Monitoring
Supports demand planning activities by coordinating sales forecasts, historical sales data and store requirements
Monitors service levels to ensure stores and franchise partners receive the right products, in the right quantity, at the right time
Identify risks on potential stock-outs or overstock situations and recommend corrective actions
Order Management and Purchasing
Manage end-to-end order processing, from order receipt to fulfillment and delivery
Coordinates purchasing requirements based on approved demand plans, inventory levels and replenishment needs
Ensures accuracy or purchase orders, delivery schedules and other documentation
Supplier Coordination
Coordinates closely with Suppliers regarding order status, delivery timelines, shortages and quality concerns
Merchandise Profiling and Inventory Management
Assist merchandise profiling by ensuring correct SKU classification, prioritization and fast-moving and critical items and alignment with storage formats.
Monitor inventory reconciliation, stock movements and variances
Stocks and Delivery and Logistics Management
Plans, coordinates and monitors stock deliveries to warehouse and Franchise stores.
Manage delivery schedules, routes and coordination with Logistics providers and couriers
Ensures proper handling, documentation of delivered stocks
