Supply Chain officerHGG Profiling Specialist Philippines, Inc.

Responsibilities:
·      Plans delivery timetables of incoming and outgoing materials and/or products per project.
·      Monitors stock levels of parts and materials in the warehouse along with warehouse in-charge.
·      Works with warehouse in-charge in structuring and organizing the warehouse to ensure efficient releasing of parts to the production and to maintain the area's order, cleanliness and easy access to stocks/parts.
·      Prompts purchaser of parts and materials that need to be replenished/reordered and then tracks status of said items.
·      Coordinates with purchaser in ensuring that suppliers have enough stock to meet HGG's demand.
·      Oversees prompt testing and inspection processes of incoming and outgoing parts and/or products.
·      Reports said inspection and test results to respective people inside and outside the organization.
·      Monitors operations along with project manager and production supervisor to ensure that input and output meet production standards.
·      Arranges and monitors incoming and outgoing shipments of parts and products, both domestic and international.
·      Coordinates with counterparts and colleagues in the headquarter and other HGG subsidiaries.
·      Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
 
Qualifications:
·      Has experience in managing supply chain processes and information flows.
·      Preferably with related work experience in warehousing, logistics and project management.
·      Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·      Has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
·      Works well with and in a team.
·      Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
 
Education and Experience:
·      BS degree in Accountancy, Management, or other related courses.
·      Strong interest in supply chain management, warehousing, logistics and project management.
·      At least two (2) years related experience in a manufacturing environment.
·      Professional qualification is an advantage.
