WE ARE HIRING: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
 
Location: Cebu City
 
We are seeking a highly strategic, results-driven, and hands-on Supply Chain Manager with strong experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate must have solid expertise in warehousing, inventory management, purchasing, logistics, and safety compliance, capable of optimizing operations across multiple project sites.
 
This is a key leadership role critical to operational efficiency and cost control.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, inventory, and logistics.
Develop and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies aligned with project timelines.
Manage supplier sourcing, negotiation, accreditation, and performance evaluation.
Ensure accurate inventory control, stock forecasting, and materials planning to prevent project delays.
Establish and enforce warehouse systems (FIFO, material handling standards, and documentation).
Monitor supply chain KPIs and generate management reports.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all warehouse and logistics operations.
Lead and mentor warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong background in:
Warehouse Operations Management
Inventory Control & Materials Planning
Procurement & Vendor Negotiation
Construction Materials Handling
Safety & Compliance Standards
Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple project demands.
