Job Description
Responsible for coordinating & facilitating the SKU team in EOP process and Supply Planning teams to ensure appropriate phase-out plans are in place in order to control/reduce material exposure.
The role of the manager is to lead, manage mitigation and ensure minimum exposurelability to Dyson.
Works independently with minimum direction from superior.
Drive adherence to Claims SOP and implement appropriate governance and process improvement opportunities for area or function.
Responsible for providing subject matter advice through the delivery of data/process analysis, using advanced tools and techniques.
Lead, drive and guide the team on maternal supply management. Annalise and do risk assessment on the material status for long term.
Key Roles & Responsibilities as below:
Record and analyze key KPI s and report out monthly on performance.
Review and analyze trends in Excess and Obsolete inventory at all CMs.
Work with all concern to maximize recovery value of Excess & Obsolete inventory.
Own and manage all processes contributing to excess inventory, including build plan analytics.
Identify and track opportunities to reduce negatively trending materials.
Standardize processes across all in network (CMs).
Identify and lead process improvement efforts.
Work with others in the organization to develop inventory-related policies and procedures.
Document and communicate those policies and procedures to stakeholders.
