Description
- Directs company's supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance
through agreed annually specified Key Performance Indicators (KPI); including inventory levels,
supplier performance (OTIF, suppliers competitive performance)
- Coordination of supply chain functions through strategy, resource, profit and cost optimization to
maximize customer satisfaction
- Coordination of all supply chain functional activities (end-to-end process) related to demand
planning, sourcing and procurement of finished goods, materials and supplies needed for
company operations, warehousing, inventory management and goods deliveries to customers.
This includes contract negotiations, contract reviews, inputs and creating contracts as required
including coordination with the company's lawyers and Executives
- Working with company suppliers and distribution partners, company warehouse, sales and
marketing departments to determine cost-effective business solutions.
- Input and monitoring on working capital, investments, monthly expenditures supply chain budget
control and business strategies
- Collaboration/oversight with customs brokers, freight forwarders, transportation companies to
determine and implement best practice, route, rates, terms and contractual agreements
- Support of proper implementation and utilization of the company's ERP systems and other
projects that may arise from time to time
- Commits to be on-call and present at the company's office premises as required and whenever
requested by the company to ensure coordination with the company Supply Chain team and other
Department Executives, especially during times of active projects. This may include project lead
in regard to Supply Chain functions and management/oversight of projects start to finish.
