Description
WeLink MCS is currently hiring for a Supply Chain Manager (FMCG / Distribution Background) on behalf of a client in the Merchant Wholesalers, Nondurable Goods sector.
The Supply Chain Manager manages the Warehouse Operations safety requirements and in adherence with Good Warehouse Practices and Good Store Keeping Ensure timely availability of stock to meet set commercial plans. Ensure effective and efficient Customer Service to trade customers and application of set standards as determined by its client's SCM standards.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Totally responsible for the entire Supply Chain performance for both Nestle Professional and Grocery and the Operations of the branch.
Totally responsible and accountable in FULL COMPLIANCE of DCAR Methodology at any given time.
Represents the company in the key meetings with the Principal Client.
Provide operational directions based on plans (Internal / External); In adherence with the company's Directions and NPI Plans & Programs.
Conducts meetings with the Warehouse and Logistic through Daily Operations Review (DOR) with follow-through on the plans and results at the end of the day operations, to ensure all that has been plan are attain.
Conducts customer visit in connection to Good Warehouse Practices to trade at least once a month with documentations details.
Conducts Good Warehousing Practices returns and with follow through with report on the progressions of the actionable ensure corrections is attain.
Conduct twice a week hygiene and vehicle if it's in adherence with the standard hygiene and vehicle safety.
Provides update of all meetings from NPI to immediate head;
On time pick of bad goods in the trade with corresponding official documents and adherence to the company standards.
Technically know how, on the basic of financial of the branch and initiate to recommend to cost operations reductions to compensate the business sustainability.
Responsible to negotiate with local forwarders and shipping lines companies, local truckers to arrange freight and cargo handling and find solutions on cost efficiency with speed, quality delivery of goods directly to the accounts.
Prepares and submits reportorial updates to immediate head, as follows:
Daily Cycle Count Update (with minimum of 100 SKU's at 98% IRA) - standard versus results through SMS to the immediate superior.
Monthly Inventory Accuracy - Warehouse Cycle Count
Market Hygiene and Warehouse Ageing Report
Stocks Reversal/Refusal
Warehouse stocks availability and allocations
Transport & Logistics updates, including preventive maintenance
Delivery Lead Time Updates
Quality of Sales - Dispatch summary updates
WMS, FEFO Compliance and SCM Board updates
Every day and Pre-DCAR Activities
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of a College course relevant with Supply Chain
Preferably Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain function in a FMCG/Distribution setting.
Demonstrates ability to lead and train people
