Your tasks and responsibilities
Knowledge of relevant planning systems and IT environment (MS office, SAP, Promis, Sharepoint)
Broad knowledge about the Supply chain management and its practices
Coordinating daily business with assigned subcontractors
Ensure FSO/OSAT delivery commitment to AMS
Drive FSO/OSAT KPI and ensure supply deliveries to commitment
Preparation, booking and handling of purchase orders in SAP (ERP System), Promis (MES System) and other related IT SYSTEMS
Accountability to AMS own inventories accuracy in subcon location
Plan and execute the transfer of packages from In-house to subcon and vice versa
Active handling of prioritization, hot lot's, allocation
Updated on all subcontractor related matters, regarding our products
Participating in annual audit at subcontractor and Business Review Meeting
Subcontractor performance metering (Lead time, OTD,...) and preparation of management Reports
Early warning and close communication with SCM-Team (capacity constraints, delivery problems, missing materials, scraps)
Work strategically with organization to align business continuity planning with subcon on dual packages
Negotiate and secure capacity requirement with FSO/OSAT to ensure support to business change dynamic. Including any off S&OP cycle demand changes support required
Act in a cost-effective manner
Streamline and drive processes standardization and continuous improvement to effectively support the operating plan and allow optimizing execution to plan
Your education and experiences
Bachelor's Degree in the areas of Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Active communication skills
Independent, firmed, meticulous working and hands-on individual
Organizational abilities
Excellent in English communication skills
Relevant industry experience in logistics, supply chain or distribution would be highly Beneficial
Ability to follow up and works efficiently under pressure
