Job Description
Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
Monitor inventory levels and track stock movement to ensure adequate supply and minimize shortages or excess inventory.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including purchasing, production, and logistics teams, to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly.
Coordinate the transportation of goods and materials, including scheduling shipments, selecting carriers, and tracking deliveries to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, procurement activities, and logistics transactions using inventory management systems or software.
Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to supply chain operations, such as delivery delays, quality issues, or inventory discrepancies.
Communicate regularly with suppliers to address any concerns, negotiate pricing or terms, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements that may impact supply chain operations.
Provide support and assistance to other members of the supply chain team, including training new staff members and collaborating on special projects.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in supply chain coordination, procurement, or logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain management software.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues independently or collaboratively.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
Preferred: Certification in supply chain management (e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional, APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional)
