This role will be trained in all major processes of Operations, Engineering and Quality Assurance; will work under direction to complete projects as required and other activities associated with the training program
Attend trainings as defined per department, OJT and evaluate work output
Perform hands - on training and attends periodic evaluations
Adhere to guidelines of the training program
Work with different team as defined on the Training Program and SMEs for learning success
Responsible for completing project assignment
Give feedback and report on status of projects at regularly scheduled meetings
Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations
Recommends improvement activities
Maintain effective communications to provide an open and free flow of information
Complies with Company rules and regulations; and ability to demonstrate Asurion Core Values
Executes, contributes to, and participates in 5S activities within assigned station/area
Perform other duties as maybe required
