About the Job:
Provide leadership and work with functional team to resolve supplier quality issues which affects quality metrics and production line. Include pass through part and raw material shipped to plants
Ensure quality tools, methodologies and requirements are fully implemented in suppliers review and 8D report
Evaluate supplier's performance based on the quality expectation and provide leadership to develop performed supplier to meet quality expectation
Lead continuous improvement project in supply based including six sigma and LEAN
Perform quality system and process audits and provide risk assessment summary and recommendation to sourcing team and plant team
Manage supplier improvement meeting with poor performed suppliers in plant
Standardized the supplier quality management process and update procedure
Support global environment health and safety strategy
Participate on Quality related activities
About You:
Graduate of any Engineering Courses, preferably as license Engineer
With at least 5 years relevant experience in Supplier Quality related functions gained from a electronics manufacturing or semiconductor industry
With strong leadership skills to lead the supplier quality activities and to ensure implementation and execution of quality management plan and continuous improvement plan.
Knowledgeable of implementation of quality methodologies and control, P-FMEA, process control plan, SPC and sampling plans
Has good Time Management and Project management skills
Six Sigma Green Belt certified is an advantage
