SUPPLIER FORECAST PLANNER
Job Summary:
Supplier Forecast Planner – Main responsibilities are managing supplier’s forecast globally by aggregating data from system, sorting out and sending forecast to global suppliers regularly. Make this process is closed loop process and monitor supplier’s performance and provide analytical report to management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Aggregate forecast data from SAP/Visual across UCT sites
Review and generate global suppliers forecast for each suppliers.
Provide analytical data/report regarding supplier forecast defined by management
Send out forecast to suppliers regularly
Make this process close loop process and successful based on KPI defined by management
Monitor supplier’s forecast performance and provide analytical report to management.
Support suppliers’ survey globally (eg. Supplier risk assessment)
Provide analytical survey report to management and work with relevant depart to close actions defined by management
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to use ERP estimating systems such as Visual, Vista, Oracle, etc. MS Excel, Word and Access.
Educational Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
